Clean Room and CMM


Our clean rooms and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) are critical components of the Reuland precision manufacturing processes. Clean rooms provide a controlled environment with low levels of airborne particles, ensuring that motor components are assembled and tested in a contaminant-free space. This is particularly important for sensitive components like bearings and sensors, which require a pristine environment to maintain optimal performance and longevity. Our CMMs are advanced metrology devices used to precisely measure the dimensional accuracy of motor components. These machines utilize 3D scanning and probing techniques to ensure that each component conforms to the exact specifications and tolerances required for seamless motor operation.
