LINE START PERMANENT MAGNET MOTORS

Reuland's Line Start Permanent Magnet motors are designed to operate across the line at utility power and with an inverter in an open loop V/Hz control, without any need for encoders or resolvers. while the stators on these motors feature a conventional 3-phase winding, the rotor is made up of both squirrel cage bars and magnets, thus allowing these motors to maintain synchronization while providing precise speed control, high efficiency, and high power factor.

Our Line Start Permanent Magnet motors are offered in non-ventilated, totally enclosed, and open drip proof enclosures and in HP ranging from 1/8 to 50 HP.
