HIGH SPEED: WATER COOLED MOTORS

Reuland's Water Cooled motors (TEWC) boast a high power density ratio and offer many advantages such as low noise, smaller size, lower weight, and longer life. At the same time, water cooling provides an efficient way of removing heat from the motor.  A water re-circulating system generally provides cooling water to the motor while maintaining an optimal water temperature and flow rate.

Frame Reuland liquid cooled frames 140S thru 580L. Other custom frames and special constructions are available upon request.
Construction Heavy-duty steel frame and end bells. Consult factory for Stainless Steel construction and/or custom design.
Enclosures Water Cooled
Bearings High-Precision, ABEC-7, Steel ball, Ceramic ball or Roller bearings to suit specific applications.
Bearing Lubrication Pre-Lubricated Sealed or Shielded; Re-Greasable Open, Oil Jet

Insulation Class H insulation with Vacuum Impregnation (VPI).
